The National Trust of Fiji’s Senior Management team met at the National Trust of Fiji Head Office on Monday and Tuesday (29-30 June) this week for a Strategic Organizational Review for managing changes during the COVID-10 pandemic.

The senior management team assessed priorities and set in motion a new work plan for the remaining half of the year. The review was facilitated by the Director of the National Trust of Fiji, who encouraged the team to ‘think outside the box’ and ground approaches in the reality of the time. COVID-19 has brought a new normal to our usual modus operandi and this needed to be reflected in the work plan.

A key output of this meeting is the revised organisational work plan July – December 2020.
